◆Direct Entry Program（英語コース）の入学条件

･ IELTS4.5以上（相当するTOEFL、ケンブリッジ試験）などの英語の証明書をお持ちの場合。
･ Willium Blueの内部テストを受け、IELTS4.5以上（専門コースにより異なる）を満たしていると査定された場合。
･ NAVITAS ENGLISH、ACCESS、SCE、ELS（シドニー）にて英語コースを修了後、規定のレベルとして認められた場合。 　

Hospitality Course　/　ホスピタリティコース

熱意と意欲を職場での仕事につなげるために、
実務と経理管理知識の両方が学べるコースです。
卒業後の進路はホテルマネージメント、販売、マーケティング、フロント業務、レストラン経営、 人的管理、飲食料産業、リゾート・スポーツ経営、観光、ファイナンスなど多岐にわたっています。

Cookery Course　/　調理師コース

人が食を愛し、食べ続ける限り、優れた腕前のシェフが職を失うことはありません。
当校の調理専攻コースでは多忙を極めるレストランの厨房で手際よく調理がこなせるシェフを養成します。
また調理の技術に加えてレストランやカフェなどの経営を成功につなげるための ホスピタリティ・マネージメントの知識も得られます。
